July 13th 2022, Groupe Boda acquired “Toys R Us” Commercial Building in Brossard, Quebec.

“Toys R Us” Commercial Building is located in the heart of Brossard, right next to Groupe Boda’s shopping center - Les Promenades Champlain, only steps away from one of the three REM stations in Brossard - Panama Station, one-minute driving distance to Highway 10, and fifteen minutes driving distance to Montreal Downtown.

This area is planned to be the future downtown of Brossard. With the commercial and residential zoning, the land has great redevelopment potential.   

The sole tenant is “Toys R Us”, which is one of the top North American toys, clothing, and baby products retailers.
