Big Success: Community Day 100th Anniversary celebration of the Lachute Golf Club

On August 31st, Groupe Boda, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Argenteuil (CCIA), successfully hosted the centennial celebration of Lachute Golf Club. Distinguished guests in attendance included Mr. Guy Saint-Jacques, former Canadian Ambassador to China, Mr. Bernard Bigras Denis, Mayor of Lachute, Ms. Nathalie Malo, President of CCIA, and Ms. Wu Minying, President of Groupe Boda. They joined together with the residents of Lachute to commemorate the centenary of Lachute Golf Club.

Founded by Gilbert E. Ayers in 1923, Groupe Boda's Lachute Golf Club is recognized as one of Canada's most beautiful golf courses. It is nestled at the foothills of the Laurentians, spanning over 400 acres, and featuring two unique 18-hole courses designed by world-renowned architects Stanley Thompson and Howard Watson. With its picturesque landscapes, since 2022, The Thompson Course holds the distinction of being the 38th-ranked public golf course in Canada and 2nd in Quebec. Lachute Golf Club hosts over 60,000 rounds of golf annually, enjoying a stellar reputation.
